Join Kansas City PBS and Phyllis Harris, President of Pathfinders Professional Development, LLC for a conversation about the negative effects of homelessness on young children’s growth, development, and education.
Roughly 1,800 people in the Kansas City Metro area are currently experiencing homelessness, according to the Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness. While there are organizations to help them find food, jobs, and a house, only one organization brings medical care.
Earn two clock hours and food will be provided.
